For a report, describe the location and what you observed. For an engineering question, explain the problem you want evaluated. LSL recommends separating observations from guesses about a pipe, sewer or property’s ownership; the County must determine which asset and service are involved.
Ask for the record you actually need
The flood page identifies Building as the contact for a flood-zone determination, an available FEMA elevation certificate or concerns about floodplain development.
