Twinsburg’s published 2026 residential quarterly total is $67.60. The City’s rate notice breaks that into a $64.90 sewer bill and a $2.70 line labeled “Quarterly Water Fee.” Its current billing page also lists $67.60. This is a reproduction of the City’s residential schedule with independently checked addition and multiplication, not an account balance. The notice separately says Cleveland Water provides and bills for potable water. Do not treat the $2.70 line as a substitute for that separate utility bill. The notice includes later years, but those are not 2026 charges. Use the column for the period being billed, then compare like items: a scheduled quarterly amount against the current-period charge, not against a total that may include other entries.
If the amount differs, ask a precise billing question
Use this comparison on your own bill:
Current-period residential charge − $67.60 = difference to ask about.
Do not subtract the published rate from the total balance unless that balance contains only the current quarter’s charge. Identify any prior balance, adjustment or separately listed fee first. A difference is a question for billing staff, not proof of an error or permission to underpay.
For example, if the bill does not distinguish its current charge from the amount due, ask: “Which line is this quarter’s residential charge, and what accounts for the rest of the balance?” Keep the City’s explanation with that bill. LSL has not accessed an account or verified any individual charge.
Due dates and payment routes
The billing page lists January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 as quarterly due dates. It links the official online payment route and lists mail, the Public Works drop box, bank payment and automatic withdrawal.
