Use the online route for the application and later responses
The permitting page links Ocoee’s online system for applications, payment, permit pickup, comment responses, inspection scheduling and inspection results. Save the submitted version and any revised attachments with the City’s response so that the working plans match the issued permit.
An application number is not an issued permit; a payment receipt does not establish that every plan condition is satisfied. These are distinct portal actions, not interchangeable approvals.
For mixed scopes or uncertain City jurisdiction, call 407-905-3104 with the property and a precise description of all work. An Ocoee mailing address alone does not classify a parcel.
