Twinsburg’s City webpage and its hosted 2025 WM guide both allow three large items per week, but they do not agree on every preparation detail. For furniture, both require plastic wrapping. Start with the household item
The City lists Tuesday collection, with carts at the curb by 7 a.m. Put bulk items beside the carts; furniture, mattresses and box springs need plastic disposal bags. The 2025 guide directs residents to schedule bulk pickup with WM at 866-797-9018. Tell WM the item and quantity, particularly when it falls into one of the disputed categories below. Bagged extras are not the same as bulky debris
The guide separately permits four additional bags or cans, each limited to 35 gallons and 40 pounds, for trash, yard waste or construction debris. That is a container allowance, not permission to add four bulky construction bundles. Describe how the material will be contained when confirming a mixed load. Guide, page 2
The City excludes bricks, concrete, shingles, tires and hazardous waste from its trash/recycling route. Do not assume a small quantity changes those exclusions. Its referral to ReWorks is a place to ask about disposal options, not proof that one facility accepts every excluded material. Exclusions

Leftover material cannot simply be buried
Collection rules do not authorize disposal on the property. In the displayed 2025-04 code compilation, section 1112.01(d) allows defined clean hard fill only in properly authorized operations and prohibits burial of asphalt, concrete, trees and brush. The publisher warns that recent legislation may be missing. Confirm project-specific requirements with the City before arranging on-site disposal.
