The word “final” qualifies the plans. It does not report completed construction. Likewise, a right-of-way plan is not evidence that a particular owner’s property has been acquired.
Use the project number, not just “I-20 work”
This assignment is different from the Warren County I-20 overlay and bridge-repair records numbered 109482 and 109684 in the current proposed schedule. Our separate overlay/bridge comparison explains those scopes. A shared interstate does not make their budgets or dates interchangeable.
When seeking a later Halls Ferry decision through the Commission records, include 100367-109100 and NS-RWD 2023-15. Ask whether the response concerns this design assignment or a later construction-phase record. That distinction prevents an unrelated I-20 contract from being mistaken for the Halls Ferry project.

This is an explanation of the June authorization, not a claim that its deliverables remain unfinished or that no later action exists. We have not established a Halls Ferry construction award, work-start date, lane closure or parcel-level impact from this item.
