Winter Garden’s reclaimed-water construction FAQ anticipates intermittent interruptions during work expected to continue through December 2028. The City says a normal reclaimed-water interruption does not require action from the customer. The FAQ is project guidance, not confirmation that construction explains every property’s loss of irrigation water. Reclaimed-water FAQ

First distinguish irrigation supply from drinking water

The FAQ describes this as a reclaimed-water project, not an interruption to potable service. That distinction does not diagnose an individual home or certify its drinking water. If the problem concerns the household’s potable supply rather than reclaimed irrigation, describe that difference when contacting Utilities. Project scope · Utilities responsibilities

The City warns that interruptions may be unplanned and advance notice may not be available. December 2028 is the stated project horizon, not a promised restoration date for a particular outage.

Temporary watering is optional and still restricted

For someone choosing to water during an interruption, the FAQ describes a hose bib and movable sprinkler using potable water. It does not instruct customers to connect potable and reclaimed plumbing together. Potable use may increase the bill, and the City says its billing policies remain unchanged. Temporary option and billing

The FAQ’s displayed March 8–November 1, 2026 daylight-saving schedule is:

Property categoryListed days in that period
Odd-numbered residentialWednesday and Saturday
Even-numbered residentialThursday and Sunday
NonresidentialTuesday and Friday

The page also prohibits watering between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is not a year-round calendar: do not carry those days beyond the stated period without checking the current instructions. A reclaimed interruption does not by itself suspend watering restrictions. FAQ schedule

The operational number appears in the FAQ; the Utilities page distinguishes billing, operations and after-hours emergency contacts. These are not interchangeable queues. FAQ contact · Utilities contacts

When calling, describe which supply is affected, the location and when the problem began. Those are LSL’s practical communication prompts, not mandatory City reporting fields. Do not infer a repair deadline from the fact that a report was received.

LSL read both operative City pages on September 20, 2026 and joined their project, optional-watering and contact instructions. No live outage, individual bill, restoration estimate or construction completion was verified.
