The County’s linked designer document is dated January 7, 2026. It says the listed parties have submitted approved designs or examples of approved work, and it expressly disclaims endorsement and a guarantee of quality. That is a narrow description of this list—not a statement that every septic contractor can work without registration.

The County program page directs residents to contact its office for current registered-contractor lists. It separately describes permitting and inspection of household sewage-system work.
If one business offers several roles, ask which it will actually perform and which it will subcontract. Keep each role’s verification with the written scope; do not let a familiar company name collapse design, installation and continuing service into one unspecified promise.
Keep the scope question with the role check
Before choosing a provider, write down who will design, who will install, and who will provide continuing service. If those are different parties, ask who submits revisions and supplies the approved plan to the installer. We did not verify any named company’s registration, inspect a sewage system, approve a design or rank contractors. The value of the comparison is knowing which evidence is still needed before hiring.
