LSL’s comparison uses the City’s one-page instructions. A ten-foot-square footprint is not a published cubic-yard allowance; no permitted pile height or truck capacity can be calculated from that dimension alone. Items not addressed by the list need a City answer, not an assumed express classification.
Arrange payment and placement together
Express service is prepaid by cash, check or card. Public Works tells the resident when to put the items out. Keep express items separate from regular permitted material. Its typical, changeable price examples are $40 for one small furniture item, $80 for one large item, $300 for a half trash-trailer load and $500 for a full load. These are not a quote for your pile. Describe the items and quantity, then obtain the actual classification, charge and set-out instruction from Public Works.

On September 13, 2026, LSL followed the City’s current policy-page link, read and visually inspected the complete one-page PDF, and checked the service-contact page. Neither the policy page nor the PDF displayed a revision date, so the earlier unsupported June 2026 label has been removed. No load, payment, appointment or pickup was verified.
